- Collaborate with the chef and kitchen staff to provide impeccable meal service. Assist with serving food and beverages, ensuring that all meals are served at the correct temperatures and in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
- Work closely with the other butlers to manage the household's daily needs, including managing household supplies, making sure everything is organised and stocked, and assisting with any ad hoc tasks requested by the principals.
- Welcome and attend to guests in a gracious and professional manner. Assist with any special requests or needs, providing a bespoke and personalised service to visitors.
- Collaborate with other members of the household staff, including nannies, chefs, housekeepers, security, and other butlers, to ensure that all needs are met and service standards are upheld. Promote a positive working atmosphere, fostering teamwork and mutual respect.
- Be adaptable to the varying needs of the family, adjusting your schedule and approach based on their preferences, locations, and events. You will be expected to think on your feet, remain calm under pressure, and anticipate needs before they are expressed.
