Meet Philippa, the remarkable founder and managing director of Silver Swan. From humble beginnings working from her spare bedroom, she's grown our company into a powerhouse team of global private staffing recruiters. When she's not steering the ship, you can catch her in the gym, conquering CrossFit and Hyrox challenges, or running around after 2 small children. Philippa treasures her early nights and often tries to slip away with the classic "I can stay for 20 minutes", a phrase that rarely works its magic.

But she’s not just the operational glue; she's also the creative spark behind much of our marketing and social media magic. Whether she’s scheduling content, refining systems, or wrangling inboxes (and small humans), she does it all with a calm head and a sharp eye.
