
We are working with the same prestigious private family in the UAE to help them hire an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor for their principal residence. This is a hands-on role, managing daily cleaning operations and coordinating household staff to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation throughout the home.
The successful candidate will work closely with the wider household team to ensure the residence is consistently maintained to an impeccable, guest-ready standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cleaning operations across the residence, ensuring consistently impeccable standards of presentation
- Coordinate, schedule and supervise the housekeeping team, allocating duties and monitoring standards
- Maintain detailed cleaning schedules and checklists tailored to the family's preferences and routine
- Oversee laundry, ironing and wardrobe care, including seasonal organisation and garment care
- Manage household linen, ensuring proper care, rotation and presentation
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and household products are stocked, organised and well maintained
- Conduct regular inspections of all rooms and communal areas, addressing any issues promptly
- Ensure the residence is fully prepared for family arrivals, departures, entertaining and special occasions
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff, maintaining consistent standards and professional conduct
- Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding the family's home and routine at all times
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, Head Housekeeper or similar within a private household, luxury hospitality or hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of high-end housekeeping standards, fabric care and laundry management
- Meticulous attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Confident managing and motivating a small housekeeping team
- Organised, proactive and able to take initiative
- Calm, professional manner, able to adapt to a flexible household schedule
- Previous UAE or wider Middle East experience preferred
- High levels of discretion, integrity and confidentiality
- Female candidate required, in line with the client’s preference
Package
- Salary: AED 10,000 – 13,000 per month
- Working schedule: Six days a week, 10 hours a day
- Accommodation: shared, off-site accommodation provided – own bedroom
- Visa, medical insurance and annual leave as per UAE law
