
We are working with the same prestigious private family in the UAE to help them hire an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor for their principal residence. This is a hands-on role, overseeing daily family meals, formal dinners and the wider service team to deliver a consistently high-end, discreet standard of private hospitality.
Unlike a commercial restaurant environment, every detail is tailored to the Principals' personal preferences, dietary needs and household schedule. The successful candidate will work closely with the household team to ensure service is seamless, whether for an informal family meal or a formal dinner with guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee breakfast, lunch, family dinners and informal snacks, ensuring seamless plating and timing at all times
- Maintain precise, up-to-date logs of family members' and frequent guests' dietary restrictions, allergies and favourite items
- Direct formal and informal table settings, including floral arrangements, silver polishing and glassware inspection
- Provide hands-on silver service during family meals and small gatherings
- Supervise and coordinate service staff to ensure a consistently polished and discreet standard of hospitality
- Liaise closely with the household chef and kitchen team on menus, timing and presentation
- Oversee the care, inventory and stocking of china, silverware, glassware and linen
- Ensure dining areas are fully prepared and guest-ready ahead of every meal or event
- Support the wider household team with entertaining and special occasions as required
- Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding the family's preferences and routine at all times
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as an F&B Supervisor within a private household, luxury hospitality or fine-dining environment
- Strong knowledge of formal table service and silver service
- Meticulous attention to detail, particularly around presentation, timing and hygiene standards
- Confident managing and motivating a small service team
- Calm, professional manner, able to anticipate needs and adapt to a flexible household schedule
- Excellent communication skills and a polished, guest-focused presentation
- Previous UAE or wider Middle East experience preferred
- High levels of discretion, integrity and confidentiality
- Female candidate required, in line with the client’s preference
Package
- Salary: AED 10,000 – 13,000 per month
- Working schedule: Six days a week, 10 hours a day
- Accommodation: shared, off-site accommodation provided – own bedroom
- Visa, medical insurance and annual leave as per UAE law
