We are working with a luxury chalet operator in St Anton am Arlberg to find a Chef couple to lead the kitchens across two neighbouring properties a larger chalet-hotel catering for up to 24 guests, and an adjoining chalet catering for up to 10 guests. Each chef will take the lead in their own kitchen day to day, supported by a Kitchen Assistant, with the two properties operating independently for part of the season and combining to cater for up to 35 guests together at busier points.
This is a fantastic opportunity for two chefs to take real ownership of a joint catering operation, working closely together and pooling resources at peak times while each still leads their own kitchen on a day-to-day basis. When the two properties combine, guests from both chalets dine together, so a shared and consistent standard of food and service across both kitchens is important.
Live-in accommodation is provided within the chalet a private studio room with its own entrance, kitchenette and en-suite bathroom, offering genuine separation from the guest areas. This is a well-established team with a good number of returning staff this season, contributing to a stable and settled working environment.
You MUST hold an EU passport.
