Meet The Team

Matt has worked with us since July 2018, he started with us as a Recruitment Consultant on our Europe desk before making the move in 2022 to head up our operations department.
Matt comes from a background working for a luxury tour operator doing ski and summer seasons before working in a HR role in London.

Laura joined the team in 2019 from a very successful background in domestic staffing recruitment. She has a wealth of experience in the UK private staffing industry having placed many household staff and offers a friendly and helpful service to all prospective candidates.

Katherine started her journey with Silver Swan Recruitment as a Resourcer on our UK desk before moving up to Junior Consultant. She plays a crucial role in our UK private household recruitment.

Michael has worked at Silver Swan Recruitment since 2018. He joined us after working back-to-back winters managing bars in the French Alps and summers working in recruitment in the UK.

He heads up our team of consultants working on recruitment in Saudi Arabia, he’s visited the country many times and is a real advocate for the positive changes happening there.

Laura has worked with Silver Swan for over a year, she started as a resourcer for our Saudi team before working her way up to junior consultant. She joined us from a background working in 5* hotels and luxury travel. Her attention to detail and hard-working attitude helps the Middle East desk find wonderful candidates.

Andjela is our newest recruit on the Saudi Arabia team. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge after working as a Private Butler for a UHNW individual. We are excited to see her progression in the role.

Jessica joined the Silver Swan team from a very successful background working on exclusive private yachts and chalets. She has spent the last 6 years working on a 100m super yacht where she began as a stewardess and worked her way up to a very impressive purser position.

Since joining us Jess has grown our USA desk and has created exceptional relationships with our connections there in a very short space of time.

Charlotte joined the team in 2021 working in our Saudi Arabia recruitment team and excelling as a Resourcer she quickly stepped up to run our European recruitment.

Charlotte has a background that includes working as a Private Butler, as a Stew on a Luxury Private Yacht that sailed the Mediterranean, and working in exclusive hotels across London.

Luke joined us from a successful career working in private households across the Middle East. He brings with him endless knowledge and passion for working in private staffing, particularly in the UAE.

He continues to grow our client and candidate portfolio at exceptional speed. Since joining Luke has recruited for many different roles, placing candidates in a huge range of exciting vacancies.
