We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Palace Receptionist to join our esteemed team, serving as the essential point of contact for a Middle Eastern principal. Your role will focus on efficient phone management, online ordering, delivery coordination, and shopping assistance to ensure the seamless operation of the palace.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and handle all incoming phone calls for the principal, displaying a professional and courteous demeanour.
  • Coordinate and organise online deliveries, ensuring they are accurately received and documented.
  • Assist in the ordering of various items online, maintaining a meticulous record of purchases and expenditures.
  • Collaborate with the principal's team to curate shopping lists and facilitate shopping excursions, as required.
  • Provide administrative support by maintaining an organised system for tracking orders, deliveries, and invoices.
  • Handle incoming correspondence and emails promptly and efficiently, responding or forwarding them as necessary.
  • Work closely with fellow team members to ensure efficient communication and seamless operations within the palace.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality in managing the principal's personal and professional matters.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Prior experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within an upscale or luxury environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanour, reflecting cultural awareness and sensitivity.
  • Completely fluent in English, demonstrating clear written and spoken communication skills.
  • Knowledge of additional languages, such as Arabic, would be advantageous.
  • Strong organisational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Discreet and trustworthy, with the ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with online ordering platforms, office equipment, computer systems, and software applications.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, demonstrating adaptability and a problem-solving mindset.
  • A commitment to delivering top-notch service and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
