We're seeking a knowledgeable, eloquent, and meticulous Private PA for our UHNW client based in Monaco. As the family is British, fluency in English is essential, and our client would prefer someone already living in Monaco or the South of France. The ideal individual should have experience serving private families, particularly in arranging travel via private jets and first-class, reflecting the family's frequent travel habits. The role will encompass all usual private pa duties, managing their day-to-day activities, overseeing finances, luxury fashion, art acquisitions, and coordinating family events. Someone who is looking to transition from working on yachts as a purser to a land based role would work well for this client.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate travel plans, collaborating with two other PAs to manage the family's private travel needs.
- Manage and execute the principal's action list.
- Liaise with Private PAs in Mallorca and Colombia who oversee the family's residences.
- Primarily, simplify the family's life in Monaco and during travel.
- Organise travel, particularly through private jet companies, and manage long-haul flight bookings.
- Handle bill payments and oversee personal bank accounts.
- Handle shopping and errands for the principal, spouse, and household.
- Recommend and source luxury gifts, and plan events for family and friends.
- Stay updated on fashion, luxury items, and art collections, dedicating time to research specific items when needed.
Ideal Candidate:
- Possesses an EU passport.
- Fluent in English, with a proficiency in French.
- Holds a degree or has a similar level of education.
- Has experience serving UHNW families.
- Proficient with computers.
- An educated individual, possessing common sense and the ability to manage the daily nuances of the principal's family life.
- Displays a diligent work ethic, flexibility, and willingness to adapt.
- A versatile individual ready to address varied family needs.
- Holds a driving license.
- Committed to accommodating the family's dynamic lifestyle.
- Knowledgeable about fashion, art, and luxury items.
- Comfortable around dogs.
