We are looking for a Private Chef for our clients family property in Madrid, Spain. This is a live-out position with Monday to Friday working hours as well as one weekend per month. The chef is required to cook lunch and dinner for the family of 5; 2 adults, 3 children. The chef must ensure constant creativity, expert cuisine knowledge and a positive energy in creating new and exciting dishes for the family who love excellent food.
Responsibilities:
Cooking lunch and dinner for the family of 5; 2 adults, 3 children
Preparing meals for the weekend
Creating exciting meal options for lunches and dinners
Culinary passion for all cuisines and capability to cook them
Cleaning the kitchen after meal prep and service
Informal family style lunches, as well as occasional dinner parties
Provisioning and purchasing food shopping and ingredients
Ideal Candidate:
Male/Female chef
Must hold an EU passport
Must live in Madrid, Spain already
Must have excellent cuisine knowledge and be able to cook different cuisines; Lebanese, Spanish, Italian, Mexican etc.
Must continue to create new dishes daily and not get into a routine of the same food
Must have experience in top-level restaurants, private households, chalets or villas
Fluent English and Spanish beneficial

Salary: €3000 net per month (negotiable DOE)
