We have a wonderful private chef vacancy working for an UHNW family of 5 with two dogs who reside in Lugano, Switzerland. The client is formal and accustomed to household staff. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Italian chef to work on a rotational basis 15 days on 15 days off. Healthy, Mediterranean cooking is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Mediterranean cooking
- Mainly for family and occasionally for small gatherings of friends
- Keeping kitchen tidy
- Provisioning at supermarkets
- Helping in serving when necessary
- Preparing menus
Ideal Candidate:
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland
- Driving license
- Nice positive attitude and flexibility
- No allergies to dogs
- Flexibility
- Language: Italian and English and French or Portuguese is preferred
- Family lives in Lugano however, often travel frequently.
- Willing to move to the summer property of the family during Summer in South of France
- Verifiable References
