  1. Serve as a central point of communication, ensuring effective collaboration between the Personal Assistant, Ladies Maid, and other members of our household team.
  2. Accomplish a range of tasks, from minor errands and communication facilitation to contributing to the organisation of household affairs.
  3. Collaborate with the Ladies Maid in providing support for household tasks, contributing to the efficient and harmonious functioning of our residence.
  4. Maintain an organised inventory of essential household items, anticipating needs and promoting a well-prepared environment.
  5. Uphold a professional and courteous demeanour in all interactions, contributing to a positive and cohesive household atmosphere.
  6. Demonstrate flexibility in addressing unforeseen requests and assisting with tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of our household.


  1. Prior experience in a supportive or assistant role, with a focus on teamwork and effective communication.
  2. Strong interpersonal skills, fostering clear and efficient interaction with staff members and household residents.
  3. Adaptability and an enthusiastic approach to addressing a variety of tasks, contributing to the overall operation of the household.
  4. An understanding of household dynamics and the ability to assist with tasks that enhance the living environment.
  5. Discretion and a respectful attitude, ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of all household matters.
  6. An approachable and friendly demeanour, promoting open communication and teamwork among household staff.
