We are seeking an exceptional Palace Manager to oversee the operations of a prestigious VVIP client based in Qatar. The ideal candidate should possess the adaptability and innovation to establish new protocols within the palace, catering specifically to the unique requirements and preferences of a VVIP Royal client.
Royal experience is a crucial prerequisite, as the chosen candidate will be responsible for providing regular reports directly to the Royals. The role requires a deep understanding of operating at an ever-evolving level, where flexibility and responsiveness are key.
As the Palace Manager, you will lead and supervise a diverse team of approximately 50 staff across multiple locations. Your role will involve close collaboration with department heads to ensure the highest standards are consistently maintained across all areas of operation.

Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage and supervise a substantial staff base, ensuring smooth operations and high-performance levels.
- Uphold impeccable standards of service, groundskeeping, and property management, consistently striving for excellence.
- Foster and maintain a positive and harmonious relationship with the Principal and the Principal's family, attending to their needs and preferences with utmost care and professionalism.
- Demonstrate readiness and agility in responding to both anticipated and unforeseen circumstances, embracing a proactive approach of “expecting the unexpected.” Instill this mindset in oneself and the staff under supervision.
Ideal Candidate:
- Preferred female candidate, recognising the cultural context and preferences.
- Prior experience in Palace management is highly advantageous, demonstrating familiarity with the unique dynamics of such environments.
- Valuable asset: Previous close association or working relationship with a Royal family, enabling a deep understanding of their operational protocols and expectations.
- Possesses a calm and composed demeanour, capable of maintaining composure and rationality in the face of consistently changing and challenging situations.
- Fluent in English with a fairly neutral accent, facilitating effective communication and comprehension in an international setting.
