
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality and the F&B industry. Managing staff as well as have a genuine love for travelling for work.
You will lead the forefront of the brands decision making and set up a new team and a new base in the greater Torino area. The team consist of COO, Maintenance Manager, F&B manager and administration. You will be in charge of the daily hotel operation in French, Italian Alps and Corsica, a total of nine hotels. The daily work consist of the following parts:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare seasonal hotels for operation
- Participating in recruiting and training of seasonal staff with support from central HR
- Controlling the daily operations of the hotels
- Follow up on the concept for food and beverage and other activities
- Regular follow up and analyse sales and revenues (daily operation for hotel)
- Staff scheduling and make sure staff cost KPI are achieved.
- Responsible for guest satisfaction (OTA:s, TripAdvisor, internal guests reviews etc)
- Support additional managers in their daily operation and support when needed.
- Secure maintenance planning for the hotels is done together with maintenance and administration responsible
- Responsible for fire and safety
Ideal Candidate:
- EU passport holders only
- Fluent English essential
- Torino, Piemonte: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
