Silver Swan is seeking a dedicated and experienced Laundry Manager to join our client’s household in Dubai, UAE. The Laundry Manager will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our client’s household laundry facilities, managing inventory, and ensuring the highest laundry standards. This is a live-in position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of laundry management. Responsibilities:

Sorting, washing, drying, pressing, and folding clothing and other textile items with care and precision.

Expertly removing stains from various fabric types using appropriate procedures.

Performing minor sewing duties as needed, ensuring that damaged items are promptly mended.

Keeping an updated inventory of laundry detergents, sewing kits, and other laundry supplies.

Ensuring the laundry facility always remains clean and well-organised.

Expertly handling all fabrics, with knowledge of washing, pressing, and steaming techniques.

Teaching efficient and proper folding methods to housekeepers to maintain laundry quality.
Ideal Candidate:

Extensive experience in running laundry facilities, with a keen eye for detail and quality.

Comprehensive knowledge of different fabrics and their specific care requirements.

Proficiency in stain removal techniques, able to address stains effectively.

Strong organisational skills to manage inventory and supplies efficiently.

Effective leadership and training skills to instruct housekeepers in laundry operations.
