
Silver Swan is recruiting for an exceptional House Manager/Personal Assistant for a lovely UHNW client in Houston, Texas. This House Manager/PA position would be based in our client’s primary residence, in their 10,000 sq.ft. home in Houston. This position requires a positive, kind-natured and intuitive personality, as well as a motivated, self-starter who is service-oriented, extremely organised and can hit the ground running. Our client is looking for a true, reliable righthand person, someone they can work in cohesion with and who can provide an ultimate level of support. The ideal House Manager/PA must demonstrate a strong, professional work ethic and will have relevant experience in a similar position, with proven longevity. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the challenge of creating and implementing structure in a household and who is looking for future growth.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the household
- Support the Principal and always represent and ensure their best interest
- Implement structure within the current team. Manage, train and hire household staff Vet and supervise vendors and additional support staff
- Reorganise, create, and maintain an efficient, productive household and working environment. Work in conjunction with other staff as a productive team
- Create and maintain SOP’s and household manuals for the residence
- Oversee basic financial operations and ensure the property is running in a cost effective manner
- Potential to assist with a new business venture, if interested in being involved
- Other related tasks, duties, and work assignments as directed by the Principal
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong command of the English language, excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Spanish as an additional language is a plus
- Previous experience as a House Manager/Personal Assistant for a high-profile individual and proven longevity
- Ability to work independently and in cohesion with Principal
- Fast leaner with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong administrative skills and tech-savvy
- Business minded a plus, someone interested in supporting a new business venture
- Enthusiasm, dedication to responsibilities and a positive “can-do” attitude
- Professional, trustworthy, and well presented
- Comfortable around dogs
- Must be eligible to work in the US
- Excellent references required from previous employers
Package:
- $120,000 – $150,000+ DOE
- Flexible hours/schedule based on the principal’s needs, primarily weekdays
- Live-out, accommodation is offered for the first month for candidates relocating
- Full medical included
