
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dubai House Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our prestigious household in the beautiful Dubai Hills community. Responsibilities:

Creative Meal Preparation: Prepare breakfast and lunch for school-aged children, infusing creativity and innovation into their meals.

Household Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and oversee the operation of household devices such as washing machines, dryers, robotic vacuum cleaners, and robotic cat toilets.

Pet Care: Attend to the needs of dogs and cats in the household, including feeding and general care.

Driver Management: Monitor the condition and cleanliness of vehicles and supervise the driver’s responsibilities, which include cleaning the exterior of the vehicles.

Laundry and Cleaning: Oversee laundry operations, including sorting, washing, and steam ironing of clothes. Perform regular dust cleaning to maintain a pristine environment.

Cleaning Staff Supervision: Assign tasks and provide oversight to cleaners who work in pairs for three hours twice a week to ensure high-quality cleaning standards are maintained.

Maintenance Coordination: Communicate with external maintenance companies to address household repair and maintenance needs.

Bedroom and Wardrobe Care: Customise beds in bedrooms, manage clothing, and provide care for shoes. Exhibit great experience in managing men’s wardrobes.

Stock Management: Take responsibility for the contents of the bar and home wine stock.

Supply Management: Check the fridge, order food, and replenish all supplies, including groceries and household items.

Child Lunch Preparation: Prepare a light lunch for children three times a week, typically featuring pasta, sandwiches, risotto, and soups.

Laundry Coordination: Manage communication with the laundry service for bed linen, while washing other items at home due to local laundry quality concerns.

Veterinarian Visits: Schedule and attend rare veterinarian visits for household animals.

Calendar Management: Maintain a family events calendar for both adults and children. Work-related matters are handled separately by the secretary.

Budget Management: Manage the household budget, maintain basic accounting records of purchases, and oversee funds allocated for car refueling.

Event Preparation: Prepare for events involving acquaintances and corporate partners if they are hosted at home.

Workflow Optimisation: Continuously improve household management workflows and contribute your innovative ideas.

Travel Preparation: Demonstrate exceptional care in packing luggage and occasionally travel with the family to various destinations, including Sedle?ko Manor in the Czech Republic or abroad.

Teenagers and Pets: Keep in mind the specific needs of two teenagers and the care of three dogs.

Wardrobe Management: Focus on meticulous wardrobe management and precise cleaning and organising.

Driver Utilisation: Utilise the family driver on their days off as a benefit to enhance efficiency.
