We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our client’s household kitchen team in the heart of Dubai, UAE. As the Head Chef, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity, culinary expertise, and leadership skills while working in a dynamic domestic environment catering to a variety of palates and dietary preferences. This role also provides the successful candidate with live-out accommodation. Responsibilities:

Creating innovative and delectable menus that cater to a diverse clientele.

Overseeing the daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.

Managing and mentoring a team of culinary professionals to maintain high standards of quality and consistency within the kitchen.

Sustaining inventory levels, ordering supplies, and monitoring food and stock costs.

Ensuring consistent compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards amongst yourself and other kitchen staff.

Monitoring and continuously improving kitchen processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Keeping up to date with industry trends and incorporating them into different menus.
Ideal Candidate:

Prior experience as a Head Chef in a private household or similar high-end environment.

A passion for culinary arts and a creative flair for menu development.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

International experience in multicultural cuisines; able to diversify menus with a focus on fusion and contemporary dishes.

Exceptional knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
