We have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced full-time housekeeper to join a lovely family of five in Davis Islands Tampa, Florida. You will be joining a full-time house manager, full-time laundress as well as a handy man and full landscaping team. This is not a formal home and no laundry, errands, nanny duties or cooking are involved in this position but the ability to create tablescapes and similar tasks may be required. The family travel regularly, staff aren’t expected to travel with them. Hours will be 9am – 5pm daily. Very lovely family who look after their staff and frequently treat them.
Responsibilities:
- All aspects of general housekeeping and deep cleaning of residences
- Creating tablescapes and similar tasks
- Additional duties as requested
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong command of the English language and good communication skills
- At least 1-2 years’ experience as a housekeeper in a private home (or equivalent role)
- Preference for 3-5 years working for HNW clients with proven longevity as a full-time housekeeper
- Excellent eye for detail and knowledge of all aspects of housekeeping
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, listen well and adapt
- Professional and well presented
- **MUST be eligible to work in the US**
- Excellent references required from previous employers
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
