We are seeking an experienced full-time housekeeper to assist on the large estate of a lovely UHNW family based in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in private homes or five-star hotels and will have a broad knowledge of housekeeping, laundry and pressing. You will be discreet, professional and computer savvy. The position is to work alongside a fabulous and well-established team. You will work two days on site at the property and the rest of the week assist the estate manager off-site when required. This is a live-out position so local candidates preferred.
Responsibilities of full-time housekeeper:
- All aspects of general housekeeping and deep cleaning of residences
- Laundry duties including pressing clothes, linens and caring for delicate garments
- Wardrobe management, organization of closets and storage areas
- Additional duties as requested
Ideal Candidate:
- Based in Boston, MA area
- Strong command of the English language and good communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role for high-profile clients and proven longevity
- Excellent eye for detail, knowledge of all aspects of housekeeping and laundry
- Computer savvy
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of flexibility and dedication to responsibilities
- Professional, well presented, and discreet
- Must be eligible to work in the US
- Excellent references required from previous employers
