Silver Swan is currently recruiting for a Client Liaison Specialist to work for our client – a Ferrari restoration specialist – based near Reading & Twyford, Berkshire. As a Client Liaison Specialist at this luxury automotive establishment, you will be the welcoming face of the organisation, responsible for providing exceptional service to valued clients and visitors. You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining positive client relationships, creating a professional and warm atmosphere for visitors to their world-class Ferrari workshops, ensuring that each experience is both memorable and smooth-running. This dynamic role offers a blend of client engagement, event management, and office support in a high-end service environment with a passion for classic and high-end cars.   • Greet and care for clients and visitors, ensuring high levels of service
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, collaborating closely with the marketing team
  • Cater your customer service to a range of clients; from the UHNW elite to casual Ferrari fanatics
  • Assist with event management, including planning, coordination, and execution
  • Some international travel involved, catering to client needs
  • Manage and direct inbound calls, emails, and mail, offering information and addressing inquiries
  • Arrange client visits, effectively managing and communicating schedules
  • Support the workshop in liaising with clients to arrange appointments, collections, and deliveries for cars
  • Provide general office support, including paperwork, data entry, and record-keeping
  • Maintain the public areas of the house, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and visual appeal
  • Monitor and Restock office supplies and refreshments
  • Assist in organising and hosting events, both on and offsite, managing logistics such as catering and decorations

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, hostess, or similar front of house role, with a background in luxury or high-end service environments- chalet or yacht experience is highly desirable
  • Exceptional customer service skills, radiating a warm and welcoming demeanour
  • Professional appearance and demeanour at all times
  • Strong initiative and emotional intelligence, with a client-centric approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, adept at multitasking, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft 365
  • Knowledge or interest in classic cars is a significant advantage
  • Knowledge of the Italian language is beneficial but not essential


  • £35,000 to £40,000 per annum, Full-Time, Permanent
  • 20 days of paid holiday, in addition to statutory 8 bank holidays
