Key Responsibilities:

  • International Cuisine Expertise: As an Executive Sous Chef, you will specialise in a wide range of international cuisines, offering diverse and exquisite dining experiences for our family and guests.

  • Menu Planning: Collaborate with the Head Chef to create seasonal menus that cater to varying tastes and dietary requirements, ensuring the highest quality and presentation of dishes.

  • Culinary Creativity: Exhibit creativity and innovation in developing new dishes, presentations, and cooking techniques to elevate the dining experience.

  • Kitchen Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and organisation. Supervise kitchen staff, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative and efficient team.

  • Ingredient Sourcing: Source and procure the finest ingredients from around the world, emphasising freshness, quality, and sustainability.

  • Guest Experience: Strive to exceed expectations in delivering a memorable dining experience, accommodating special requests, and dietary restrictions.


  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Sous Chef in high-end establishments or private households.
  • Expertise in international cuisine with a passion for creativity and innovation.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent qualifications preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational abilities.
  • Proficient in budget management.
  • Adherence to strict hygiene and safety standards.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic culinary environment.
  • Must be available to start immediately.
