Responsibilities:

Assisting in the preparation and cooking of various dishes under the guidance of the Head Chef.

Ensuring that all ingredients are prepared and stored in accordance with food safety standards.

Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen, including equipment and workstations.

Participating in menu planning and contributing creative ideas for new dishes when appropriate.

Learning and implementing culinary techniques and presentation standards.
