Silver Swan is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Chief Stewardess to join our client's existing crew on a 50m private yacht voyaging across GCC waters. The successful Chief Stewardess will have previous experience on larger boats, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to provide guidance and training to other crew members on board. The successful candidate will begin to work onboard the yacht from 1st December 2023, once the vessel arrives in Dubai, marking the start date for this exciting opportunity. There is also potential for the successful candidate to continue on to the Mediterranean from June onwards. Responsibilities:

Set up and manage the interior team for the upcoming season.

Oversee all aspects of the yacht's interior, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and organisation.

Provide butler-style service to meet the owners' high expectations.

Train and mentor the interior crew members.

Oversee client’s usage, ranging from weekend trips to extended charters.

Assist with PA/concierge duties, including restaurant reservations, taxis, and logistics during travel.

Collaborate with the Captain to ensure seamless operations on board.

Implement and maintain systems and procedures expected from larger yachts.
Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience on larger yachts, ideally in a Chief Stewardess role.

Strong customer-oriented and butler-style service skills.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to adapt to a diverse and multicultural crew.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Package:

Salary: €6,000 per month.
