Silver Swan is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Chief Stewardess to join our client’s diverse crew of 9 on a 49.9m private yacht based in Monaco. The successful Chief Stewardess will have previous experience on larger boats, have exceptional customer service skills whilst being able to provide guidance and training to other crew members on board, and be fluent in English, with proficiency in Italian or French as a plus. Responsibilities:

Set up and manage the interior team for the upcoming season.

Oversee all aspects of the yacht’s interior, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and organisation.

Provide butler-style service to meet the owners' high expectations.

Train and mentor the interior crew members.

Oversee guest usage ranging from weekend trips to extended charters.

Assist with PA/concierge duties, including restaurant reservations, taxis, and logistics during travel.

Collaborate with the Captain to ensure seamless operations on board.

Implement and maintain systems and procedures expected from larger yachts.
Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience on larger yachts, ideally in a Chief Stewardess role.

Strong customer-oriented and butler-style service skills.

Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian or French is highly desirable.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to adapt to a diverse and multicultural crew.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Package:

Salary: €5000 to €6500 per month.

Permanent, all-year-round role on a privately operated yacht.

42 days of holiday per annum.

2 weeks of holiday leave not deducted for training after 12 months of service onboard.
