We are looking for an experienced Chalet Chef to work for our clients luxury chalet in St Anton, Austria. We have worked with this client for many years. We are looking for an experienced chalet chef who has worked in chalets previously and who has high-standards, presentation and a positive personality.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent culinary skills
- Able to run an organised kitchen and plan their own menus.
- Cook for 20+ guests in a closed industrial kitchen working with a kitchen assistant.
Provision for ingredients - Organise shopping lists and groceries to order
- Present excellent, quality dishes
- Breakfast, afternoon tea and 3-5 course dinner menu's
Ideal Candidate:
- Team player who is happy working with the front of house team.
- Previous experience working as a chalet chef
- Knowledge of working in St Anton is advantageous
- EU passport holders, CDS holders
- Able to commit to the full winter season
