We are looking for an experienced Villa Butler for our clients stunning property in the heart of Lake Como. The Villa is rented out throughout the early spring and summer season, with bookings already secured for 2024. The season starts from April 2024 until November 2024. The ideal butler should be welcoming, charismatic and extremely professional, able to exceed client expectations whilst managing the villa to 7* standards. Fluent English and Italian are essential, a background working in luxury villas, chalets or onboard yachts is necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Day to day guest management
- Service of F&B to guests
- Management capabilities, dealing with guests in a professional manner
- Organising the day to day management of the villa, liaising with suppliers, orders and requests
- Bookings of restaurants if required, transfers, travel and concierge duties
- Excellent guest relations
- Proactive approach and ensuring the guests every needs are catered for
- Working with the property owner to ensure all services are provided
Ideal Candidate:
- Fluent English and Italian
- EU Passport holders only
- Experience working in luxury private properties, chalets, villas and private households
- Personable approach to guests, tailoring each request to the guests needs
- Available for the full summer season, with potential to extend to a long term position each summer
- Our client is looking for a charming individual who has a personality yet has the experience in providing top level service
- This role is suitable for someone who is able to work in partnership with a fellow butler
