This role presents a rare chance to become part of an illustrious household, dedicated to meeting the culinary requirements of a prominent family. The ideal candidate will possess experience in serving high-net-worth families, demonstrating flexibility to travel with the family to various residences and holiday destinations. An EU passport, preferably with the right to work, is advantageous. The position offers flexible days off and hours tailored to suit the family's needs, typically involving the preparation of daily lunches and dinners, as well as extended hours for breakfast service.

•    Prepare high-end restaurant-quality meals with exceptional taste and presentation using organic or high-quality ingredients.
•    Showcase an international and European cooking repertoire, catering to special diets such as Keto, Vegetarian, and Gluten-Free
•    Maintain detailed records of family preferences, favourite recipes, and ingredients to ensure consistency in meal preparation.
•    Create weekly menus offering staple items, favourites, and innovative dishes, coordinating with the family for meal selections.
•    Source the freshest organic ingredients and tailor menu items accordingly.
•    Conduct daily inventory checks to ensure pantry and perishable items are adequately stocked and promptly remove expired items.

Ideal Candidate: 

•    8+ years of private chef experience
•    Willing to occasionally travel abroad with the family. 
•    Skilled in catering to special dietary needs like Keto and Vegetarian.
•    Proficient in high-end restaurant-quality meals and diverse cuisines 
•    Detail-oriented in maintaining family preferences and ingredient inventory. 
•    Effective communication with household staff and vendors 
•    Commitment to kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards 


•    Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 per annum
