Silver Swan is seeking a Personal Butler to look after a UHNW client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in their newly built palace. 

The Personal Butler will join an all-female team of 10 professionals, and will become an invaluable asset for the Principals – both Mr and Madam – getting to learn their preferences and dislikes, and anticipating their needs throughout the day. 

The main focus of this role will be to provide F&B service to the principals throughout the day, meals, snacks and refreshments as needed.
Notions of housekeeping and wardrobe management would be desirable.
The Personal Butler will report to the House Manager/Principals directly. 

Female only candidates will be considered by the client, due to cultural reasons. 

Responsibilities: 
– Learning Mr and Madam's routines, preferences and dislikes, in order to anticipate their needs throughout the day
– Assisting with ad-hoc daily activities, as required
– Providing quality F&B service throughout the day, as the main duty 
– Setting the tables
– Helping Madam to dress, when required, and helping to look after their wardrobes
– Performing light housekeeping duties, to ensure the rooms are clean and tidy
– Assisting guests, if any, as directed by the principals

Ideal Candidate:
– Previous Butler experience (or at least as an F&B professional) within high-end luxury hotels or private households
– Excellent F&B Skills, knowledge of a variety of service styles (Silver Service, French Service, Plated, Family Style,…) and formal table settings
– Wardrobe management and light housekeeping skills, desirable (although they can be taught)
– Must possess a calm and respectful personality, to match the principal's
– Confidentiality and discretion
– Female only candidates, due to cultural reasons

Package:
– Salary of SAR 10,000/USD 2,600/Month NET
– Accommodation: on-site (own room and bathroom, plus communal spaces)
