Silver Swan is actively seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide unparalleled support to an esteemed UHNW client located in Lexington, Kentucky. This dynamic live-out position offers the opportunity to assume a varied role in a fully-staffed home, with a diverse array of responsibilities. The successful Personal Assistant will collaborate closely with the Principal and his partner, ensuring flawless support across various domains such as coordinating travel arrangements, calendar management, concierge services, overseeing household staff, and efficiently managing personal errands. The family travels extensively, presenting an exciting opportunity for a candidate with high flexibility and the ability to collaborate harmoniously with other team members. As the Principal and family are deeply involved in the equine industry, the ideal candidate should also feel comfortable around horses. The Personal Assistant will embody a robust and professional work ethic, a kind-natured demeanor, coupled with a switched-on and ambitious attitude.   • Support the Principal and family comprehensively in daily life, overseeing complex schedules.
  • Provide seamless administrative support, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, events, and gatherings.
  • Deliver exceptional guest services during meetings and events.
  • Assist with personal errands, ranging from groceries to personal shopping, restaurant reservations, to driving and picking up family members.
  • Accompany the Principal during travels, ensuring their needs are met, and provide support with packing and unpacking.
  • Contribute to household management, supervise household staff, and ensure dinner is set up correctly.
  • Undertake a diverse range of tasks, duties, and assignments directed by the Principal.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses a strong command of the English language, demonstrating excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • An understanding of Spanish is an asset, but not essential.
  • Has previous experience working in a similar role for high-profile clients, with proven longevity.
  • Comfortable around horses and dogs.
  • Exhibits the ability to work independently and collaboratively with the Principal and other staff.
  • Quick learner with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Demonstrates exceptional administrative skills with a keen aptitude for technology.
  • Exudes enthusiasm, dedication to responsibilities, and a positive “can-do” attitude.
  • Possesses flexibility to travel when required.
  • Projects a professional, trustworthy, and well-presented demeanor.

  • Must be eligible to work in the US.

  • Salary: $80k – $130k + excellent benefits package.
  • Hours: Typically 9 am – 6 pm, Monday-Friday, with flexibility to work occasional weekends/evenings required.
  • This is a live-out position.
