Silver Swan are recruiting for a female House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a prestigious household in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be a meticulous, organised, and discreet professional who can provide top-tier service to our client. This is a live-in position that comes with an exceptional compensation package and the opportunity to travel throughout Western Europe during the summer months. This House Manager role is open to female candidates with a British passport, and whilst the ability to speak Arabic is preferred, lack of proficiency should not prevent you from applying.
Travel Assistance: Serve as a buffer for the UHNW principal during travels, ensuring a seamless experience. Manage travel arrangements, bookings, and liaise with service providers on her behalf.
Security of Precious Materials: Be entrusted with the care and security of the principal's valuable possessions, including jewellery and other precious items.
Palace Arrangement: Oversee the organisation and maintenance of the principal's palace, ensuring it is always in impeccable condition.
Public Presence: Ensure the principal is well taken care of in public settings, including events and outings.
Summer Travel: Accompany the principal throughout Western Europe during the summer months (approx. 5 months annually), coordinating all aspects of the trip to ensure her comfort and safety.
British Passport: The ideal candidate should hold a British passport.
Arabic Language (Preferred): While not essential, proficiency in Arabic will be considered an asset.
Discreet: Possess the ability to always maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Detail-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to manage complex logistics and meticulous attention to detail.
Security-Minded: Proven experience in handling valuable possessions and ensuring their safety.
Cultural Sensitivity: Understand and respect Kuwaiti customs and culture.
Flexible: Adaptability to travel extensively during the summer months.
Salary: 25,000 AED per month.
Live-in accommodation provided within the principal's residence.
Medical Insurance Provided.
Annual return flights to the candidate's home country.
Vacation: 30 days of paid vacation annually.
