We are looking for a small number of exceptional Chefs de Cuisine for a UHNW client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will be working within a large private estate, consisting of various kitchens to cater for the Principals and their Guests' busy schedule. You will support the Executive Chef in ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day Kitchen operations. Together, you will create and prepare outstanding meals and delicacies for the Principals and their guests. This is a permanent, all-inclusive role, and we are looking for candidates with a strong luxury hospitality background, working as a Private Chef or Head Chef in high-end, 5* establishments, Chalets, Villas, and Private Residences, for at least 5 years.


  • Taking responsibility for the accuracy of every order that leaves the kitchen
  • Taking pride in the food produced by your Brigade
  • Ensuring the consistent production of extremely high quality and exceptionally presented dishes
  • Overseeing the planning weekly menus and assisting the Executive Chef in planning menus for large VVIP bespoke events
  • With the help of your Sous Chef(s), oversee and ensure the smooth running of your Kitchen
  • Communicate effectively with the Executive Chef, Chefs, and the front of the house staff in regard to timely service
  • Ensure sanitation regulations are met at all times
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area

Ideal Candidate: 

  • Proven working experience of at least 7 years as a Private Chef or Head Chef in high-end, 5* establishments, Chalets, or Private Residences
  • Excellent time management and clear communication skills, in order to efficiently direct the kitchen operations
  • Possesses extremely high standards in both food quality and presentation
  • Possesses an exceptional food portfolio
  • Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment
  • A culinary school diploma, a degree, or classic Chef training preferred
  • In-depth knowledge and proven exposure to different international cuisines 
  • Proficiency in catering for different dietary requirements (Keto, gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, etc,…) and food limitations (allergies, intolerances, etc,…)
  • Excellent time management and communication skills 
  • Fully vaccinated against Covid-19
