Our very inspiring founder Philippa started Silver Swan Recruitment after managing HR for a luxury ski tour operator and experiencing first-hand exactly how challenging it was to attract and retain 5* hospitality professionals to work in the private sector.
In the first year Philippa ran all operations completely solo from her spare room at her rental in London.
After a successful season of recruiting for chalets, Philippa began to be asked to fill roles in the summer villa market and it wasn’t long before requests extended to permanent residences, yachts, and jets worldwide.
Fast forward 9 years and here we are…with offices in London, Dubai and Miami! An amazing team, wonderful candidates and very exciting clients!
